1. DESIGN YOUR PACKAGE

2. Confirmation materials of your package.

Materials options:

Paper, plastic, fiber, PU leather, wooden etc.,

But we suggest you can use paper materials. It is eco-friendly and with reasonable cost.

3. Choose technology for your package

Determine the production process of the packaging box. There are: lamination, embossing, silk screen printing, die-cutting, bronzing, embossing, UV, V-groove and other processes. It is up to your products market and your budget.

4. Sample first

You can make a sample first, and start mass production after the customized paper box is confirmed. If there is changed, we can correct it again.

5. Mass production.

After that, we can start mass production and you receive them to start your business with your beautiful package.

And during mass production of your customized paper boxes, Joybean Package will provide following promise:

1. Check printing effect during they printed, and printing should keep same for all bulk box.

2. It will be re-check when go ahead to next step.

3. We will measure the package and check the printing whether they matched clients’ requirements when they are done.

4. Wipe the box and pack it if there is stain on it.   Joybean Packaging must perfectly complete the above processes before packing.

5. There will be labels and batch No. for every bulk production for tracking easily when there is issue.
